Prof. Ewa Łojkowska among speakers at the conference "Women in Science – Tradition of Maria Skłodowska-Curie"

Opportunities for career development of women in science and a lower representation of women in higher positions in research

are the main aspects of the international conference „Women in Science – Tradition of Maria Skłodowska-Curie”, that will take place on Łódź/ Poland from 29-30 Sept 2016.

The topic of the conference concentrates on the presence and success stories of women in different research areas. The organizers have invited experiened scientists, representatives of research entities, Phd students as well as foundations, think tanks and associations to participate in this event.

The conference is co-organised by the Ministry for Science and Higher Education, the Rector of the Technical University of Łódź and the PolishFullbright Alumni Association.
